Our Meeting Flow:

  • The Toastmaster of the day introduces the different functionaries (like the grammarian, the timer, etc.), and asks each of them to explain their role.
  • The Table Topics master comes up and calls on various members to speak from 1 to 2 minutes each on different random topics.
  • Members vote for who they thought gave the best Table Topics response.

  • The Toastmaster introduces the first evaluator, who comes to the lectern to explain the objectives of the first speaker's prepared speech project.

  • Members vote for the best speaker.
  • The Toastmaster introduces the evaluators in turn to deliver their evaluations of the speakers, and offer constructive criticism.
  • Members vote for the best evaluator.
  • The Toastmaster announces the winners, who each receive a ribbon for their collection.
